Taradiddle Thursday WLS Express
Hey You Guys!
I think I need the sleep car too! I was out way past my bedtime last night. When I got home I was too wired to just go to bed so I watched tv, talked to Dirk, read a bit, and took a shower. I think I finally fell asleep around midnite.
The baby chicks arrived in the mail yesterday. We ordered ten but got 22 or 24. They say that they pack males to keep the "order" warm. I guess they are considered "bubble wrap" of chicken packaging. Makes one proud to be a man I'm sure...lol I truly hope that the other 12-14 really aren't roosters, cause I have no idea what we will do with them. Eating them is out of the question and unless there's some miracle, they aren't going to produce eggs. I'm not even sure if they can be housed together without fighting. Of coarse they can't live with the hens. Only in my world...lol

TODAY is my daughters 24th birthday - HAPPY BIRTHDAY AMANDA !! IF YOU READ THIS :)
I slept to 715 :(......that was good except - hello - I need to be at work at 8am. good thing I'm only 5 miles from work....usually no traffic problems. Brother says" Hey sis - are you going to work today? " ......I said Hell ya !! ........I forgot to set alarm last night...............
but I was here and ON TIME !!
I actually was cooking last night at 11pm for lunch and dinner for today for MUAH. CLeaned up the kitchen while the stuff was baking............so that was a plus for me.......took TIME for stuff after work to get 'er done........ That made me feel good.......Usually I head straight to bed from 2nd job and just pass out !!

`Good Morning OH Family!
I slept until 9am! Yea me! I haven't done that in......well can't remember when I slept late. This is day 5 of no sugar or chips. Irony is little neighbor delivered the oatmeal raisin cookie dough I ordered a month ago. Good news is my oven is broke..lol Going to give it to Summer for she and Laylabug to make together. Today I go pick up my computer, and I have a Dr appointment. Now that I have good insurance going to see about getting back on Humeria for my arthritis. It's getting so bad that I have a hard time even getting out of the bed in the morning on a scale of 1-10 it's an 11. Don't want to end of like my Dad and barely be able to get around because of it. Hope everyone has a wonderful day. Looks like it's going to be a beautiful one!

Good Morning all....wow I can't believe I have posted 3 times this week. Miracles do happen.
Busy work day. My friends are not helping me get back on track...got to love them. One group of friends had a food spread on my desk and cards and are taking me to lunch today. Tomorrow a different group here at work will do the same and Monday my department is doing it. I have got to be careful.

Good afternoon all!! I'll quietly say I think I'm sort of getting into a routine of sorts. Of course, it's a very fluid routine, but I'm feeling more like myself the last few days than I have in a while. Natalie is doing at least one 4 hour stretch at night, sometimes two if I'm really really lucky, so I'm getting more sleep now too.
I've got to go out and run a couple of errands today, and then tonight I'm going to a consignment sale to see if I can find Christmas gifts for the cousins and a cute fall outfit for Natalie's one month pictures this weekend. I think we're going to pass on the Halloween party this weekend, we looked and it would be an hour each way and we're both thinking that's a little much for us right now.
Not a lot else going on around here. I go back to work at the beginning of Nov, so that will be a big adjustment, though I think I'll like having something to keep my mind busy and keep me away from the TV.
